Testing & Evaluation Services

I specialize in the following psychological testing and evaluation for residents of Georgia. In some cases, you or your child may be appropriate for virtual testing depending on the referral question and other presenting concerns. Appropriateness for virtual testing/evaluation can be determined through a brief phone consultation. Testing and evaluation is fee-for-service. See below for fees.

In-Network

I am currently paneled with the following insurance providers:

Out-of-Network

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

You may want to check with your insurance provider about:

1) what your reimbursement rate is,

2) what your out-of-pocket maximum is,

3) whether you have a session limit,

4) which billing/service codes are covered, and

5) what the allowed billable amount is.

Fee-for-Service

Standard session, 55 minutes - $200

I reserve 10% of my caseload for clients who require a sliding scale due to financial constraints. Feel free to reach out to see if you qualify.

Testing Fees

Psychoeducational

Age 5 years and up
- Includes assessment of cognitive, academic, adaptive, social-emotional, memory, and attentional functioning
- Fee: $3,500

Autism

18 months - 4 years: 12 months old
- Includes assessment of cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, behavioral
- Fee: $2500

>5 years old
- Includes assessment of cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, behavioral functioning, and attentional functioning
- Fee: $3,000

ADHD

Age 5 years and up
- Includes assessment of cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and attentional functioning
- Fee: $2,000

Mood/Anxiety/Behavior

Age 5 years and up
- Includes evaluation of social-emotional and behavioral functioning
- Fee: $1,000
